Heal yourself instead of projecting your emotions on others.
When we get triggered, it’s easy for us to point fingers at the other person. In a way, it feels like they manipulated that pain. The truth is, it hurt because you had an emotional attachment to the trauma. In fact, it manifested into your reality because the wound needed an opportunity to heal.
Our experiences reflect our internal reality and reveal how much healing we truly need. People around us play specific roles in our lives to help guide us through our own growth whether they showcase it in a positive or negative way.
Take time for yourself to address those internal battles. Own up to your darkness. Recognize that your emotions and reactions are only yours, and you may be projecting your anger, frustration, guilt, or fear on others. Step back. This is yours to overcome. Everyone has their own karma.
