I am truly dedicated in helping others break through cycles of suffering, feel empowered to stand in their truth, and fulfill their life's purpose.

How It All Started

As a child, I was very sensitive and had a deeper understanding of things than most of the children my age. Unfortunately, this was frowned upon by the people in my environment, so I naturally took on the tendency to ignore my needs and attend to the needs of others just to feel a sense of connection.

In my 20's, I struggled with a number of illnesses such as gastrointestinal disorders, "chronic" hives, hypothyroidism, anxiety (with panic attacks), and depression (with suicidal tendencies). I visited many doctors, and despite following their treatment plans, my health continued to decline. After years of discouragement, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands.

For years, I experimented with different diets and exercise programs, and found that my health was still not improving as effectively until, one day, I stumbled upon the teachings of eastern medicine where I learned that our physical bodies respond to what we carry, energetically. Makes sense! I was so used to suppressing my emotions since I was a little girl, which caused numerous energetic blockages throughout the years that eventually manifested into all of my emotional and physical distress.

Fascinated by my initial findings, I explored deeper into spirituality and began to discover my intuitive abilities. As I applied what I learned, I gradually healed from my illnesses, including the ones that were labeled as "chronic". That's when I realized that there is so much more to this world beyond our physical senses.

My Purpose

As I healed from my illnesses, I naturally developed a strong desire to help individuals heal and experience extraordinary shifts within their lives. I am continuously seeking to advance my intuitive and healing abilities, and truly enjoy empowering others to stand in their truth and align with their higher purpose.

I look forward to speaking with you and guiding you on the path of healing and transformation.

Since my teenage years, I'd been so fascinated by the art of astrology, the study of the astronomical positions of the planets and stars in relation to one's individual constitution and events on earth. I just knew that there was something more to life beyond the material aspects.

In 2018, I received my certification in Holistic and Integrative Health where I learned how to balance the mind and body through various healing techniques (i.e. nutrition, light/sound therapy, healing touch, yoga, and meditation). During my studies, I took a keen interest on Ayurveda, an ancient healing system that focuses on promoting balance and flow according to one’s own individual constitution. Shortly after, I received my certification in Marma Chikitsä Therapy, an Ayurvedic treatment that cleanses blocked energy by applying light pressure to the Marma points (click here for more information).

In that same year, I attended the Art of Living Happiness Retreat Program in Boone, North Carolina where I learned a lot about meditation (specifically the Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing technique that uses precise natural rhythms) and how to tap into the our wisdom led by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Indian spiritual leader and founder of Art of Living. This reduced my anxiety and stress, significantly.

In 2019, I ventured on a spiritual quest to Bali where I attended a Melukat (sacred purification ceremony), received guidance from the high priestess and other powerful healers, and participated in workshops related to energy healing. After returning to America later that year, I discovered the Emotion Code (click here for more information) and received my certification a few months later.

In early 2020, I received my certification in the Silva Method, a self-help and meditation program that increases an individual's abilities through relaxation, development of higher brain functions, and psychic abilities such as clairvoyance. Until this day, I still continue to take interest in other modalities to incorporate into my practices.
